This singular statement brings to the forefront for me a concept that I have begun to explore. What about a well defined freelance college education that leverages technology in education, that explores world learning opportunities, that includes internships and spends the monies that otherwise would have gone toward tuition. Can a similar or even greater value be derived for a student spending say $100,000 this way? What about not having a diploma? Would the risk out way the potential benefits?
